2. Information we collect

  • Information you enter in the contact form: subject, company name, department, your name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message
  • Information you provide when applying as a local partner: country, industry, years of experience and background
  • Usage statistics: pages viewed, referrer, country, browser and device type, collected in a form that does not identify individuals

3. How we use it

  • To reply to your inquiry or consultation and to contact you for that purpose
  • To propose services, prepare quotations, and enter into and perform contracts
  • To select local partners and tell applicants the outcome
  • To understand and improve how the site is used (as statistics)
  • To comply with laws and regulations

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

5. Service providers

We use the following external services to run the site and to communicate. Their servers are located outside Japan (mainly in the United States), and we may entrust the handling of personal information to them.

  • Cloudflare (site delivery and usage statistics)
  • Resend (delivers contact-form submissions to us by email)
  • Google Workspace (email and business documents)
  • YouTube (embedded video on the Social Contribution page, in privacy-enhanced mode)

6. Cookies and analytics

This site does not use cookies for advertising or tracking. Usage statistics are collected with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify individuals.

If you play an embedded video, YouTube (Google) may use cookies or similar technologies.

7. Security and retention

We limit access to personal information to those who need it, encrypt communication (HTTPS), and take the measures necessary to prevent leakage, loss or damage. We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, and delete it without delay once it is no longer needed.

8. Your requests

If you ask us to disclose, correct, add to, delete or stop using the personal information we hold about you, we will respond in accordance with the law after confirming your identity. Please contact us through the contact form on this site.

9. If you are in the EEA or the United Kingdom

Where the GDPR or the UK GDPR applies, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We process personal data to the extent necessary to respond to your inquiry and to take steps before entering into a contract. Personal data is handled in Japan, which has received adequacy decisions from the European Commission and the United Kingdom.

10. Changes

We may revise this policy in response to changes in the law or in our business. The revised policy applies from the time it is posted on this page.

Effective: 3 October 2026. The Japanese version prevails if the two versions differ.
